My dear Friends, the present time is going through very difficult circumstances. From time to time, some epidemic or the other keeps coming. The way the country has now been able to deal with the corona epidemic, in which various medical systems along with allopathy have played their special role. In which the result of the AYUSH department has also been very satisfactory, but if we look at allopathy, then it is a scientific medical system and is recognized globally in modern medical system, except countries like China. While on one hand it provides benefits, on the other hand, the adverse effects of modern medicines are visible. The result of which everyone has to suffer. When one disease is cured, two diseases are created. In the present time, man is tied in such a web of English medicines that he is not able to become completely healthy. This can be called the irony of circumstances. A person can deal with it easily only when he takes help of medical systems like Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Yoga, Siddha, etc. These medical systems do not have any kind of adverse effect and eradicate the disease from its roots.
So friends, today I am going to tell you about an article which will warn you about the ill effects of the modern medical system, allopathy. This article is by the director of Indo Vietnam medical Board and international expert in diet therapy, Dr Vishwaroop Rai Chaudhary (Faridabad, Haryana, India) which is as follows ____
Nowadays, a word is being used commonly for modern medicines and that is side effect. It has been observed that the side effects of medicines taken to prevent diseases are more fatal and serious than the disease itself. For example, if you take cholesterol reducing medicines continuously for 3 to 4 years, then you get diabetes and the medicines taken for 3 to 4 years to cure diabetes increase the chances of cancer manifold.
Journal of the American Medical Association
According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, 51% of the fatal side effects of drugs are not detected until they are used by humans. For example, let us see the reports taken from different journals>---
Lancet December 1999 After 40 years of experience, the antibiotic erythromycin is now being associated with diseases found in children.
According to the British Medical Journal October 1999, it is being said that drugs like Prozac, Pragyl, Zoloft, Trazodone etc. cause excessive bleeding which can prove fatal for the body. These include gastrointestinal, genitourinary, internal structures etc. Drugs like aspirin given for pain relief and to remove swelling etc. also increase this risk to a great extent.
American journal of Epidemiology
American Journal of Epidemiology, May 2000: Five decades of study have shown that imipramine and amitriptyline increase the risk of breast cancer.
Journal of Clinical Psychopharmacology
June 2000 The over-the-counter drug cyclozapine has also been reported to cause sudden deaths.
Primary Psychiatric September 2000 After nearly five decades of use, the drug Mellaril has been associated with cardiac arrhythmias. This problem was first discovered 30 years ago but has recently been discovered again by chance. Therefore, Novartis Pharmaceutical Company warns that this drug should be used only after safer medications have proven effective.
JAMA 22 November 2004, Sarivastatin was marketed in the US in early 1998 as a cholesterol-lowering drug. It was advised to take a lower dosage of this as compared to the similar medicines available in the market but when it did not show any effect in the coming days, the quantity of the medicine was increased, it had an immediate effect and then the part of rhabdomyolysis came to light in which it was found that the users of this medicine were suffering from many physical abnormalities and diseases. The manufacturing company tried changing the name and level etc. Many types of researches were done, many letters were written to the health department and finally these medicines were removed from the market after about 7 years. The Lancet 1 January 2005 A class of painkillers called Biox were considered nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). However, a national study found that the product from Mark & Co was responsible for 88,000 to 140,000 heart attacks. It was removed from the market on 30 September 2004. The painkiller made millions of rupees in profits. It was used by millions of Americans. However, years later, when other side effects were discovered, it was banned from being sold in the market.
Annals of Thoracic Surgery 2005. A study conducted after 40 years of use of Aprotinin revealed that the drug produced an allergic reaction that was very quick to act. It could even be fatal. Other symptoms include abdominal pain, abnormal sound in breathing, and heartburn. The use of aprotinin spread rapidly around the world, with several new variations emerging, and it was finally banned in 2007.
The Lancet Oncology August 2009 Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy is a serious and potentially life threatening central nervous system disorder. A study conducted by the Centers for Research on Adverse Drug Events and Reports found that this disorder was particularly common in patients treated with drugs like rituximab, natalizumab and others. The drugs were banned 5 and a half years after they were launched in the market.
The FDA approved sibutramine in 1997 for water management to control obesity. In January 2010, the European Medical Agency suspended its approval and its license was also cancelled because its use had led to many cases of cardiovascular diseases. The drug was banned after 12 years.
Now from all these examples it is clear that people who get rid of one disease go to the hospital and return with another disease as a gift. For example, imagine a cancer patient who goes to the hospital and has to endure the torture of chemotherapy in the name of treatment. The basic mechanism of chemotherapy is that it almost eliminates the white blood cells necessary for the body, which form the basis of the body's immune system. In this way, the patient starts suffering from the side effects of chemotherapy. In the absence of immunity, one has to face many difficulties and effects. You can compare all these symptoms with AIDS patients. Because the same symptoms are found in their body as we find after undergoing chemotherapy.
How to avoid allopathic medicines
avoiding allopathic medicines and opting for alternative treatments mainly depends on your preferences, location, and health conditions. Allopathic medicine has its place in modern healthcare, but you can also explore alternative medicine approaches alongside it or as a primary choice.
Here are some steps to help you avoid allopathic medicines---
1. Research and educate yourself
Familiarize yourself with different types of alternative medicine, such as homeopathy, Ayurveda, traditional Chinese medicine, naturopathy, and herbal remedies. Learn about their principles, methods, and safety precautions.
2. Consult with practitioners
Look for qualified practitioners in your area who specialize in alternative medicine. Discuss your health concerns with them and seek their advice on potential treatment options. Remember to have a clear and open conversation about your preferences and goals.
3. Choose home remedies
For minor health issues like headaches, colds, or digestive problems, try using home remedies that are safe and natural. You can find numerous recipes online or in books devoted to herbal remedies and natural healing.
4. Practice prevention
Adopting a healthy lifestyle can help prevent illnesses and reduce the need for medications, allopathic or otherwise. Focus on proper nutrition, regular exercise, stress management, and adequate sleep.
5. Use herbal supplements
Many people use herbal supplements to improve their health and well-being. Instead of turning to allopathic medicine for every issue, look to natural herbs and supplements that may help support your health.
6. Be cautious and informed
While alternative therapies can be beneficial, they may also have side effects or contraindications with other treatments. Always inform your healthcare provider about any alternative treatments you're using, and research the specific therapy you're considering to ensure it's safe and effective.
7. Consider holistic approaches
Rather than focusing only on treating the symptoms, consider adopting a more holistic approach to healing. This might include stress reduction techniques, dietary adjustments, and lifestyle changes in addition to alternative treatments.
8. Be patient and persistent
Healing through alternative methods can sometimes take longer than allopathic treatments. Be patient and give your body time to respond to the therapies you're trying.
9. Investigate clinical trials
In some cases, you may find clinical trials for alternative treatments. These research studies can provide valuable information about the safety and effectiveness of various therapies. Consider participating in a clinical trial if one is available for your condition.
10. Support alternative medicine research
Encourage further research and development of alternative therapies by supporting organizations and initiatives that promote complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) research.
Remember, it's essential to consult with your healthcare provider before making any significant changes to your treatment plan, whether you're using allopathic or alternative medicines. They can help guide you through the process and ensure your health is well-supported.
