Acupressure points for constipation
Friends, when a person is not able to take fibrous substances and the amount of water in food is also less. There is lack of exercise, then the person gets constipation. Due to this, the stool becomes hard. Headache and lethargy also occur.
To overcome this, we can take acupressure treatment.
1. Point located on the fleshy part between the thumb and index finger of the hand.
2. Point exactly four fingers below the navel.
3. Point located two fingers above the upper edge of the knee bone on one side of the body.
4. Point located on the outer edge of the fold lying on the elbow when the elbow is bent completely.
5. Point located four fingers below and one finger outside the lower edge of the round bone of the knee when the knee is bent at a right angle.
Treatment should be given on each point for two to four minutes three times a day.
Along with this, one should regularly practice Bhujangasana, Paschimottanasana and Pavanamuktasana after drinking water.
Acupressure points for diarrhea
Sometimes diarrhea happens due to consumption of contaminated food or overeating. To get rid of this, we can try acupressure here. Along with this, drinking lemon water or fruit juices and fasting also gives a lot of benefits.
1. The point located exactly four fingers below the navel.
2. The point located exactly in the middle of the bottom edge of the chest bone and the navel.
3. The point located on the fleshy part between the thumb and the index finger of the hand.
4. The point located on the fleshy part between the thumb and the finger next to the thumb of the foot.
5. The point located exactly on the midline, one finger above the upper edge of the round bone of the knee.
6. The point located one finger below the midline of the elbow, two fingers outside the spine.
Acupressure treatment should be taken on each point for two to four minutes three times a day.
Acupressure points for stomach gas
Due to the rotting of stool inside the intestines or due to the passage of air in the stomach while eating, gas starts forming in the stomach. For which we can try acupressure.
1. Point located in the fleshy part between the thumb and the index finger.
2. Point located on the edge of the hand at some distance from the base of the little finger.
3. Point located on the outer end of the fold formed when the elbow is bent at a right angle.
4. Point located exactly on the middle line, three fingers away from the line at the base of the palm.
Treatment should be given on each point twice a day for two-three minutes after 1 hour of meals.
Food should be eaten comfortably after chewing it well and practising Pavanmuktasana after drinking water before defecation in the morning is also beneficial.
Acupressure points for piles
When constipation persists due to food that is digested late or due to a lazy lifestyle, then the disease of piles or fistula occurs. Due to which the anus gets swollen. Warts swell. There is pain during defecation. For which one can get benefit through acupressure treatment also.
1. The point located under the bent elbow on the side of the body.
2. The point located exactly on the midline behind the knee.
3. The point located in the middle of the imaginary line joining both the ears on the top of the head.
Acupressure treatment should be given on each point three to four times a day for two to four minutes.
Acupressure points for intestinal inflammation
Eating spicy food outside home or constipation causes inflammation in the intestines. To get rid of this, you can try acupressure. This is also called colitis.
1. The point located two fingers away from the spine on both sides just behind the navel.
2. The point two fingers above and two fingers below the first point.
3. The point located four fingers above and a little behind the inner bone of the foot.
4. The point located four fingers below and a little outside the lower edge of the round bone of the knee when the knee is bent at a right angle.
5. The point located behind the bone near the base of the little finger on the outer edge of the toe.
Each point should be treated for two to four minutes three to four times a day.
Acupressure points for acidity
Sometimes, excessive consumption of spicy food and fried food increases the amount of acid in the digestive juices of the stomach. This causes acidity. The main symptoms of acidity are problems like belching, stomach ache. You can also try acupressure for this.
1. The point located three fingers above and three fingers outside the navel.
2. The point located between the lower edge of the middle bone of the chest and the navel.
3. The point located parallel to the breasts in the middle part of the middle bone of the chest.
4. The point located four fingers below and slightly outside the lower edge of the round bone of the knee when the knees are bent at right angles.
5. The point located on the fleshy part between the big toe and the first finger of the foot.
The treatment should be given three to four times a day for two to four minutes on each point after meals.
Acupressure points for loss of appetite
Friends, if fried puris etc. which take a long time to digest are eaten continuously for two-four days, then there is a heaviness in the stomach. Hunger is lost. To overcome this, one can take acupressure treatment. Fried chilli masala should also not be consumed in food. A lazy lifestyle should be abandoned. Only then can one get good benefits from it. The amount of fruits and vegetables should be increased in the food. Rotis made of bran flour should be eaten. Let us see how acupressure treatment works.
1. The point between the lower end of the chest bone and the navel.
2. The point located at a little distance from the nail of the little finger.
3. The point located three fingers away from the line at the base of the palm which is located on the middle line.
4. The point on the middle line on the front part of the ankle joint.
Pressure should be applied on each point for 2 to 4 minutes before eating. To increase appetite, it is also important to do physical exercise or yoga.
Acupressure points for liver problems
Friends, now let's understand about the liver. Liver is the largest gland in the body. It takes care of the entire body. If any kind of disorder occurs in our body, then the liver is affected first. You can try acupressure for its treatment. For this, you can improve the functioning of the liver by giving acupressure treatment on some acupressure points for 2 to 4 minutes 3 times a day.
1. Two points located on the fleshy part between the big toe and the first finger. Pressure is applied on both the points simultaneously.
2. Point situated on the midline of the inner part of the leg between the knee and the ankle.
3. Point situated on the midline of the middle bone of the chest parallel to the breasts.
4. Point situated two fingers below the third point, just below the nipples of both the places, between the sixth and seventh ribs.
5. Point situated just below the bent elbow on the side of the body.
Acupressure treatment is given on each point for two to four minutes, three to four times a day.
