Friends, in today's time, the lazy lifestyle of man gives rise to various types of diseases. One such disease is kidney stone, which mostly occurs in the kidneys. Here we will tell you how stones can be removed without medicine through yoga treatment and naturopathy treatment.
Types of Stone
There are mainly two types of kidney stones which are as follows-----
1. Oxalate Stone
This type of stone is formed when the urine is continuously thick. Or there is an excess of such substances in the food which are high in oxalate. This also increases the possibility of this type of stone. Eating some food items increases the amount of oxalate such as tomatoes, spinach, green leafy vegetables etc.
2 Calcium Phosphate stone
Its particles are large. This kind of stones start growing rapidly when there is a disturbance in the metabolism of urine alkali or calcium. Then the disturbances in calcium metabolism cause disorders in the parathyroid gland due to which stones start forming even on consuming food containing more calcium, like milk etc. This condition also arises when someone remains bedridden for a long time or due to dissolving of bones in old age the amount of calcium in the blood increases. This calcium goes to the kidneys and gets deposited and takes the form of stones.
Causes of Stone
There are many causes of kidney stones. It can also occur due to many other causes. There are mainly two reasons. The first reason is metabolic disorders. Due to which the amount of electrolyte in urine increases. It keeps getting thicker or develops due to abnormal chemical combination.
The second main reason is change in food. Food that has excess of protein, which causes acidity, such as meat, protein. Acidic food like refined flour, sugar, excessive tea, coffee, chemically preserved food and sour, chilli, spices etc.
When a person consumes more salt and drinks less water, the urine becomes thick and causes stones. Apart from this, there is a possibility of stones in arthritis, hyperthyroidism and kidney diseases. Chronic diseases like high blood pressure, hypertension and diabetes are also its causes. Some medicines like diuretics, calcium related, antacids etc. also aggravate this disease.
Symptoms of Stone
Some diseases of stones lie silent in the kidney. There are no symptoms of any kind in these. But generally these patients have extreme pain behind the waist, a breaking sound deep inside, apart from this there is severe pain in the stomach. Sometimes vomiting also starts. Blood in urine can also be a symptom of this disease. If the patient of stones has a bladder infection, then fever and cold can also be experienced.
Some big stones come out of the kidney and get stuck in the ureter and start coming down slowly, due to which very severe pain is produced. This pain starts from the waist and spreads to the genitals. This pain troubles for many days sometimes in a few hours. The pain arises suddenly, the affected person starts thrashing his hands and legs. And starts rolling here and there. Mostly vomiting, sweating and intense desire to urinate can also be accompanied with pain. Despite the desire to urinate, urine comes out in very small quantity. All these symptoms prove the presence of stones. In such a situation, appropriate treatment is required.
Diagnosis of Stone
Identification and testing of stones is a complex process. Ultrasound, CT scan etc. are used to test it. Apart from this, testing is also done through intravenous pyelogram.
Allopathy Treatment for Stone
In allopathy, stones up to 10 mm are removed through lithotripsy treatment. In this, the big stone is broken into small particles and the stones are drained through a tube. Even after this, if the disease is not cured, then it is removed through surgery. But this process is not safe. There is a risk of side effects and recurrence. Therefore, yoga treatment is required.
