Friends, the disease of tuberculosis is increasing day by day in India. The number of patients is not decreasing in villages or cities. It is believed that once the bacteria of this disease enters a person's body, it waits for favorable conditions for several months to years. This disease attacks the patient in various parts of the body, from the lungs to the bones.
What is Tuberculosis
Friends, today we are going to tell you about a disease whose name scares people. The name of this disease is tuberculosis which is also called Kshay, Yakshma etc. in Sanskrit. In English it is called Tuberculosis or T.V.
In tuberculosis disease, all the seven metals of the body (Rasa, Blood, Flesh, Fat, Bone, Marrow, Shukra) get destroyed. That is, all the metals of the body start getting destroyed. Gradually, weakness starts coming in the body. The person starts feeling tired.
Tuberculosis can occur in any part of the body. It mostly occurs in the lungs.
Tuberculosis Test
Friends, the Health Department of the Government of India, in collaboration with the World Health Organization, has started a special tuberculosis diagnosis and treatment program called DOTS. In which a team of doctors go door-to-door and treat patients and give them medicines.
To test tuberculosis in any part of the human body, Tuberculin vaccine is administered and its reaction is observed, and blood is tested. In the blood test, the number of WBC is found to be increased.
Apart from this, in most lung TB, chest X-ray is done, and sputum is tested.
In the sputum test, bacteria of Mycobacterium tuberculosis are found, which leads to the diagnosis of TB disease.
In the initial stage of TB, the color of sputum is yellow or white foamy, and it smells bad. In the last stage of TB, sputum mixed with blood comes out. The smell is also very strong.
Causes of Tuberculosis
According to naturopathy, the cause of all diseases is foreign substances present in the body. Germs feed on the impurities present in the body and survive.
If there is no impurity in the body and the human's immunity is working properly, then no type of bacteria or virus can attack the body.
Besides this, if a person maintains mental stress for a long time and lives in a wet place where sunlight does not reach and eats unnutritious food, then when the germs of TB enter his body, the person gets TB disease. Because on getting such an environment, the immunity of that person becomes weak and the TB bacteria get a favorable environment and they start increasing in numbers in the body.
Symptom of Tuberculosis
Friends, many times a person is deceived. He does not even realize that he is suffering from TB. The main symptoms of TB are mild fever for a long time, cough along with it, feeling of weakness, getting tired after doing little work, gradual weight gain, loss of appetite, if the cough persists for more than 3 weeks then the patient should be shown to a doctor. The patient sometimes vomits also. Sometimes the complaint of dysentery also persists.
Paleness appears on the body of the patient, the amount of blood in him decreases. The person walks with open mouth and his breathing becomes difficult.

A type of TB that affects people with weakened immune systems, such as those with HIV/AIDS.
14.Latent Tuberculosis (LTBI
A condition where the TB bacteria are present but not active, and there are no symptoms.
15. Reactive Tuberculosis
A condition where the TB bacteria are not active, but the immune system reacts to the presence of the bacteria.
It's worth noting that TB is a multisystem disease, and individuals can experience a combination of these types of TB.
Treatment of Tuberculosis
Friends, for the treatment of tuberculosis, the causes that have caused tuberculosis should be eliminated. Along with this, the following treatment should be taken----
1. Goat milk should be used two-three times a day.
2. Pranayama or long deep breathing should be practiced under the shade of pine trees.
3. Light exercise should be done regularly and nutritious food should be consumed.
4. In the mango season, mango should be consumed with goat milk. It is very beneficial.
